How to Reset your Kchecks Account Password

1. Go to https://kchecks.com/login-start.aspx and enter your account email address in the username box. 
2. Click the Continue button
3. If you have MFA enabled, verify your number.  If not, skip to the next step. 
4. Select the "Trouble Logging In?" link at the lower right of the form. 
5. Your account email address should be pre-filled, if not, enter your account email address.
6. Click "Reset My Password Via Email" 
7. The system will send out an email with a special link that you can use to reset your account password. 
8. If you have any trouble, please submit a ticket in this helpdesk system.
